Lilliana's Fight

On Wednesday, September 14th a healty baby Lilliana went in for a routine 6 month check up smiling at the doctor and nurse. Suddenly Lilliana and her family's world were turned upside-down. They were sent to the hospital, then specialist, where they ended up at CHOP(children's hospital of Philadelphia). 

A week from her initial appointment Lilliana had surgery to remove a brain tumor. The tumor was a CHOROID PLEXUS CARCINOMA which is a rare cancer that was a grade 4 of 4 which is very severe. Lilliana lost a lot of blood, however; she is in critical condition but stable at this point. Her diagnosis came suddenly and the news has been devastating.

Her parents Amanda and Tiago have been faithfully by her side every single day since diagnosis.  They are doing everything in their power to give their little girl a fighting chance to recover from this heartbreaking news. We want to help them in any way possible besides the prayers that are needed. We are hoping to raise money for the family to assist with medical expenses, loss of income from not working, while still having 2 other children in elementary school. This way their focus can be on baby Lilliana and not finances.
