Lilie/Velasquez - Harvey Recovery

Hurricane Harvey has hit all of the Velasquez / Lilie homes. The storm is still in Houston, so I am setting up a fund that can help Kenny & Doris, Terry, Leslie & Quinn, Keith & Priscilla and the babies as soon as the storm subsides and they need to restart. Specifically will need support for: cleaning up flooded areas of home (~$1K/home), interim shelter while homes are being repaired (up to 7 days, totaling ~$700/family) and floors replaced (~$1K/home), replacement of uninsured items (unknown until storm is finished).
