Lil Dog's Medical Bills

I was driving on a busy road and saw this small dog running back and forth in 4 lanes of traffic. I stopped my car and with another driver attempted to stop traffic to rescue him. Unfortunately a van driver hit him in front of me and he went under the van and rolled for 10m. Fortunately he missed the tires and limped off to a park where me and the other driver found him cowering under a tree. I put him in my car and rushed him to a vet. His injuries will require stitching, scans and blood testing. Upon examination it appears he has been treated very badly and is very under weight and has rotten teeth, no microchip and hasnt been desexed. I was told to take him to the pound, which i refused to do.  I found a not for profit shelter that agrees to take him in, but said that they would be needing finanical help to remove his teeth, do scans, desex him and also bloodwork. They said they'd call me for finanical contribution over the next week towards his bills.He's such a cute little guy and i feel so bad for him and i want him to enjoy the rest of his short life. Ive agreed to adopt him in the future if a home cannot be found. Any financial assistance would be so great. Thank You!
