*This is the approved fundraiser for Auvi Smith.  Auvionna “Auvi” Smith is a recently graduated 6th grader in our community. On June 3, 2021, Auvi’s father Winston "Boogie" Smith was killed by law enforcement in Minneapolis. Winston was a beloved father and friend and his killing has left his family, friends, and community with a tremendous loss that cannot be replaced. Auvi is a friendly, outgoing kid with great hobbies such as attending DJ school and playing soccer. Auvi really enjoyed spending time with her dad and is shocked and devastated that he’s gone. Winston loved his daughter and was extremely proud of her. They were excited to spend time together and had many plans for the summer. Please join the International Spanish Language Academy community in lifting up Auvi financially. The donations will be used by Auvionna's mother, Angie, to support Auvi in continuing extracurricular activities, general expenses, mental health services and her postsecondary education. ~~ Auvionna “Auvi” Smith es una estudiante recién graduada del sexto grado de nuestra comunidad. El papá de Auvi, Winston “Boogie” Smith, fue matado por agentes federales en Minneapolis. Winston era un padre y amigo muy amado y su muerte ha dejado a la familia, amigos y comunidad con una pérdida tremenda.  Auvi es una joven muy amigable con pasatiempos divertidos como asistir a la escuela de DJ y jugar fútbol. Le encantaba pasar tiempo con su papá y ha sido muy impactada y devastada por su fallecimiento. Winston amaba mucho a su hija y estaba muy orgulloso de ella. Estaban emocionados pasar tiempo juntos y tuvieron muchos planes para el verano. Por favor acompaña a la comunidad de ISLA (International Spanish Language Academy) en apoyar a Auvi económicamente.
