Lift for Lexi

My wife and I are writing on behalf of our daughter Lexi Gann.  Lexi suffers from Dandy Walker syndrome, which includes hydrocephalus, ankle contracture, cortical visual impairment, osteopenia, anophthalmia and several other items that require her to be in a wheelchair permanently.  Lexi is adopted and we  love her so. As she continues to grow and chair changes will be forthcoming, it has become cumbersome to load her and her chair manually. We have been removing her out of her chair and placing her into a car seat then loading her wheelchair into the back of our van.  While this works, it would be great to upfit our van with a lift system and change part of our flooring system to allow us to leave her in her chair and reduce the amount of change she currently experiences when we travel on family outings or home to see family back in NC.  I understand that this is a large funding request, however our family would be grateful beyond measure for any assistance that you could offer us in purchasing a lift which will help us continuously improve Lexi's quality of life.
