Lift chair & service emotional dog

My name is Brian and I am disabled. I have ulcers in the lower half of my legs. It is hard to walk without the help of crutches. Early 2019 I slipped and fell in bathtub and displaced my left shoulder. I use a lift recliner to sleep in when my left shoulder hurts. This past February winter storm the lift recliner was damage. Insurance will not replace the recliner. They say I have to wait for 7 years before they can do anything. I am also am looking for a service/emotional dog for companionship and healing. I know it would have to buy food for the dog, but I'll make arrangements for that. God bless to all who can help me out and to pass it on.
