The hernia on his groin has been growing rapidly over the past few months. An inguinal hernia occurs in the groin area and can affect the dog’s ability to defecate if a portion of the bowel or bladder protrudes through the abdominal wall, potentially causing obstruction. <strong>This condition has been getting worse over time, and without surgery, it is life-threatening.</strong>
