Lifesaving Surgery for Bella

Bella, our five-year-old Shih Tzu, needs lifesaving surgery. Following two visits to the vet last week and multiple prescriptions, our Bella took a turn for the worse and was suffering and crying last night, so we took her to an emergency clinic.
They were able to ease her pain temporarily, but the only way to cure her ailment is surgery. Like most families, we are not in a financial position to pay for this needed service by tomorrow, so we are turning to our friends and animal lovers in our hour of need. 
We have a decision to make in the next 24 hours. This has been a heart-wrenching weekend for all of us, but most especially our daughter. The sudden prospect of losing the smallest member of our family, especially so young, has hit all of us very hard. Tears have been shed, but we decided as a family to make this last-ditch effort to save Bella's life before we are forced to make a decision none of us want to make.
Her suffering must end one way or the other, but we are hoping for many more years of Bella's cute little Ewok face and loving personality in our lives.
