Endless Medical Advantage (EMA) is a refugee-led organisation providing sustainable healthcare services and humanitarian relief support to the refugee populations and vulnerable communities across the Bekaa Valley, Lebanon. This initiative has been a key source of healthcare for this community as Lebanon currently hosts over 1.5 million Syrian refugees, the highest number of refugees per capita in the world. Many have little or no access to affordable healthcare and are living in remote and isolated areas of Bekaa.

We are running primary healthcare mobile clinics that offer free healthcare and medications to anyone in need; we provide hugely discounted dental services in our dental clinic with some services free of charge and more recently, we are providing much needed physiotherapy support for patients with phycial disabilities that have no other access to specialised support.

The economic crisis in Lebanon has deepened over the last year and along with food security, which is at an all time high, medications, heatlhcare and basic health services are unaffordable for the thousands living in refugee camps across the valley, with price increases of 300% - 500%. Families are losing their loved ones as hospital bills cannot be covered and many patients are suffering from undiagnoased conditions as the cost of basic tests are higher than the average monthly income.
