<div>Hey everyone, my name is Nala and I'm from New York. I've created this campaign on behalf of my friend Ahmed Ismail Mohammed Al-Kuwaifi who needs all of the support he can get right now.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img class="text-editor_textEditorImage__43_GE" alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/98826407_1768256562337786_r." width="100%" />
<div><em>Ahmed is pictured above holding one of the cats that he cares for daily. </em>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>He continues to do everything he can with the limited resources he has to support the animals around him as this work is very dear to his heart. But even outside of caring for the animals, he must provide for himself and his <strong>family of nine</strong>.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I want to relieve all of this pressure and stress from my friend's life. I want him to feel safe and to be well, but he is struggling with more than one thing right now and can't do this on his own.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><em>More precious photos of my friend Ahmed below:</em>

<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>A message from Ahmad:
</div>
<div>"My name is Ahmad, I am 28 years old, and I am the sole provider for my family of 9 members. We are living through extremely difficult humanitarian conditions due to the war and the complete loss of income, and the full responsibility of supporting my family now rests on my shoulders.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Over the past years, I have survived death more than once —
</div>
<div>I narrowly escaped life-threatening situations over three different times,
</div>
<div>and those moments left a deep emotional and psychological scar that I still carry inside me.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img class="text-editor_textEditorImage__43_GE" alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/98826407_1768258170972939_r." width="100%" />
<div><em>The photo above shows evidence of one of Ahmed's doctor's notes. He has been to several doctors time and time again, but there are no real treatments or necessary health resources available for everyone to truly be treated.</em>
</div><img class="text-editor_textEditorImage__43_GE" alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/98826407_176825826376262_r." width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our family has also endured heartbreaking losses…
</div>
<div>We lost my brother’s wife and his children…
</div>
<div>Then, soon after, we lost my brother himself…
</div>
<div>And we also lost my sister’s husband.
</div>
<div>May God have mercy on them all.
</div>
<div>Their absence left a painful void in our lives that words cannot describe.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img class="text-editor_textEditorImage__43_GE" alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/98826407_1768258412158329_r." width="100%" />
<div><em>Ahmed pictured above with his family as he mourns his dear brother, the martyr, Mohammed.</em>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Before all of this, I used to work and do my best to support my family with dignity…But for the past two years, I have been without work due to the ongoing situation, and I am no longer able to provide food, medicine, or basic daily needs for my family. Today, we struggle to secure even the most <strong>essential necessities</strong> of life. Some days, we simply cannot afford the basic things every family should have.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am not writing this out of weakness or desperation…
</div>
<div>but because I have reached a point where I can no longer carry this burden alone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The war did not only <strong>destroy our homes</strong>; it also took away our jobs and <strong>sources of income</strong>.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><em>The photos below show how much damage has been done to Ahmed's family's home.</em>
</div><img class="text-editor_textEditorImage__43_GE" alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/98826407_1768259159712019_r." width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are now living day by day, struggling to secure the most basic necessities of life. In this harsh reality, <strong>donations have been the reason for our survival and staying alive</strong>. As the month of Ramadan approaches, we find ourselves unable to provide food for our children. With heavy hearts, we reach out, hoping your support can be a lifeline for us during these difficult days. Every contribution, no matter how small, makes a real difference and gives us renewed hope.
</div>

<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your support — no matter how small —
</div>
<div>will help me provide food, essentials, and stability for my family,
</div>
<div>and will give us a little hope and safety after years of hardship.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>From the bottom of my heart — thank you to everyone who reads our story, and to every kind soul who chooses to stand with us in this difficult time."
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>One hundred percent</strong> of the funds raised will be going towards all household expenses in order to keep Ahmed and his family alive and well. As you may or may not know, all household expenses and food expenses are extremely high in Gaza at this time. Anything that you can give right now is very helpful as these are lifesaving funds for a beautiful family who are just trying to survive.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>All funds will be transferred via Bank of Palestine <strong>directly to Ahmed.</strong>
