HELP US CARE FOR OUR COMMUNITY DURING COVID
Through your donations we have the opportunity to provide food pantry and crisis support services to our communities on the Coffs Coast.
Every $15 donated enables us to provide a household with one form of assistance from our range of helps. If $150 is donated, that means we can help that household once a week for 10 weeks.
Donations are Tax Deductible with receipts issued from the LifeHouse Care Gift Fund ABN 71 407 335 714.
Our staff and volunteers are continuing to serve with tremendous courage, seeking to help some of the most vulnerable and isolated people amongst us. Ordinarily we rely on our op-shops to financially provide a great deal of our resource, but right now people are doing the right thing and only coming out when it is essential. When it comes to food pantries and other crisis services the "essential" need for this is surging.
In this season when many of the Non Government Agencies have needed to suspend their services we've been fortunate to continue to operate food pantries in all of our op-shops (Coffs Harbour, Woolgoolga, Toormina, Bellingen, Moree) and stand alone in Urunga. Our tailored crisis response is being provided across the coast through phone interviews accessed via 02 6652 3116.
Our tailored crisis response includes services such as:
- Food Deliveries to the Isolated
- Food Hampers
- Pantry Vouchers
- Furniture and Clothing
- Help Paying Household Bills
- Domestic Violence Assistance
- Homelessness Support & Assistance
- Referral to Other Specialist Services
