I was brought to tears when I found out that young women in Africa suffering from Fibroids get their uterus removed because they get told that there is no other cure. This is the biggest reason why I started this fundraising project to help spreading awareness around this chronic condition. I want to help young girls not making the same mistakes I did,  I want to share my story, the challenges I faced with Fibroids and how I overcame them with the right support tools and strategies. I am doing this as I wish someone had done this for me 5 - 10 years ago. It would have helped so much. I feel that I have the strength to go public and it is my turn to help other at least to have the awareness about Fibroids and then to act accordingly. I want these girls to feel proud to fight and reach their goals even with Fibroids.
