What started as a blood clot treated with surgery to put a stent in his leg, then followed with multiple visits back to the dr because something wasn’t right after this initial surgery. Not long after, there was no choice but to ultimately amputate the leg which has left us all without words and in a state of shock. After overcoming many complications (a ventilator, dialysis, blood transfusion) he is now on a very long road to recovery and rehab, and a lifestyle change knowing that he may be wheelchair bound for life.  Life as he once knew it, full of the things he loved, tennis, swimming, going to parks with his grandkids, will never be the same. 

Any little bit you have to contribute will greatly help him with not only the medical expenses, but everything else that comes along with transitioning to a handicap lifestyle when work is no longer an option at this time.
