Life Changing Summer Camp

My son, Riain, has struggled, the past few years - socially and emotionally. He has worked very hard and with the help of excellent teachers to grow and mature. We've been lucky to get him into an excellent summer camp, for two weeks. Since he has been at Camp Bournedale he has blossomed. He is able to demonstrate a new calm, strength, and self security that has been fleeting until now. I'm sure many of you have experienced the resounding positive impact of a teacher, a school/church program or summer camp. This can shape the course of a child's future.  I would love for Riain to be able to stay longer and to solidify this budding foundation. Unfortunately, my boyfriend, a disabled vet, is unable to work due to brain and back injuries. I am currently our sole provider, and I am 5 months pregnant. It is my hope to draw on the charitable contributions of our community and to someday pay that gift forward.
