<div>A father of two young daughters, aged 8 and 4, who eagerly await his return to play and go to school with him, are searching and asking for their DAD, not understanding why he hasn't come home since 4 months which was never the case before September 28, 2024. An elderly mother, who had already lost her husband and elder son to COVID, waits for her only remaining son to call her 'MOM' once again. A wife, longing to hold her husband's arm and feel the warmth of their life journey.

<div>This poignant story revolves around Pavan Kumar, a 39-year-old man who was known for his friendly, social, calm, and caring nature. As the sole breadwinner, he was happily living with his small family until the evening of September 28, 2024, when he suddenly collapsed while on a phone call. Since then, he has been fighting for his life in the hospital. The family's world was turned upside down when doctors diagnosed him with a brain hemorrhage, which resulted in paralysis on the entire left side of his body. The medical expenses quickly escalated because of brain surgeries and multiple hospitalizations due to various complications developed till date.

<div>Its been four months since Pavan was only on IV and liquid food, losing significant weight and becoming vulnerable to lung and stomach infections due to high doses of antibiotics and IV treatments. Pavan's lung weakened, and one of his heart chambers started beating at only 20 beats per minute. He was moved back to the hospital and placed on a ventilator, fighting for his life once again. Entire family is devastated, searching for a glimmer of hope for his recovery.

<div>Exhausted by the mounting financial burden of hospital, ventilator, ICU expenses, Rehab/Physio expenses, kids' school fees, and her mother-in-law's medical costs, she turned to the kindness of good people around the world for help.
