Life and dreams

My son is in ICU in Hennipen child care unit in the cities, My son and his friends riding there bicycles home from a friend's house when a driver not paying attention to what he was doing,  drove over the boys which where on the shoulder of the road, killing my son's best friend and seriously injuring my son Nick Lambertson, he has some major injuries and are trying to stablize him for surgeries needed. His legs are the worst of it. The driver had no car insurance and is at home going about his business. My family's  and the best friends family will for ever be affected. Nick Lambertson has along road to recovery and I need to be here for him. Don't know what to do. I started a new job and haven't got insurance, usually the hospital goes after the drivers insurance, but In this case he has none. Please for the love of God,any help would be appreciated.
