Elizabeth's (Libby) Soccer Dream

My name is Elizabeth Tipton and I play with the Rio Rapids soccer club in Albuquerque New Mexico. I have also been invited to participate in the Olympic Development Program for the past 3 years and also the 2019 World Games to represent both New Mexico and the USA. I have also received training from the top goalkeeping trainers, and have also trained along with men so I can push myself to my full potential. Some have been former semi professional and professional soccer players and have also been training with the UNM trainer since I was 13. Soccer is my passion and someday I hope to play at both a college and professional level. My parents have been very supportive of me and are always pushing me to never give up and to always reach higher no matter what obstacles or fears I may have. They have always worked so hard to make sure I can continue to play so I can hopefully get a scholarship someday but they have been struggling lately to keep up with the cost of travel, training and fees. Which is why I have decided to do my part and help them by asking for the help of anyone who is willing to help me, and in helping me you are also supporting other young female athletes by showing us support. I have been blessed to be able to play with great soccer clubs and high schools and also have had amazing coaches. It is because of my passion for soccer that I am asking you to be my sponsor. With your help I can continue to play at a high level and show the world that young ladies are great athletes and to never give up on their dreams and ambitions. With your help I can continue my goalkeeper training and also finally be able to afford the correct and better quality equipment I need, as well as traveling, tournament and mounting club fees. Unfortunately not much help is offered through fundraising from a club level and so I am hoping to reach out to local businesses, friends and family to please help support me.  Anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated!
