Libby Zyndal’s Gender Affirming Surgery
Hi!
My names Libby.
I’m a black 23 year old transgender woman.
I’m really bad at this so I’m just going to
be honest and start for the beginning.
I’ve always knew I was a woman. From
my days yearning to be in dresses and
makeup to never fitting in as a “man”.
I always felt different. My family was not supportive growing up. I grew up being
forced into a closet.
I started self harming as a was to release what I couldn’t understand. I ended up in a residential treatment center for all of
2014.
When I got out.. life was never the same, I hid the fact I was trans because of the
torment and abuse I received from the
people around me.
I met someone special when I was 19.
And he helped me find who I was.
A strong independent woman.
I am 5 years clean of self harm.
I own my own business
I have 2 jobs
and I am working hard to pull myself out of the hole I was in.
And that is where the help comes in.
I still loath my body. With HRT has come the beauty of feeling feminine and
starting to look it. As someone with a
hormone imbalance to begin with I’ve
always had small breasts. And the HRT is
giving me the results I deserve.
The part of me I can’t stand are my
genitals. The only part of myself that
makes me unhappy is what’s between my
legs. And I’m not sure how much longer I can deal with it. I’m working day and
night to save to be able to do and this it
seems so unattainable. I’m asking for
your help. Family, friends, anyone I’ve
met at a show and partied with, all the
theydies I miss seeing at shows. I
would appreciate nothing more then
your graciousness to help me fund my
way to being happy in my own body.

Update as of 2-17-2021
I am using this money for continued HRT and continued trans health as I reach my one year on HRT In may. As well as paying for consultations and transportation to and from appointments for surgery.
I hope to reach my goal and be able to have surgery before my 25th Birthday April 19th 2022.
Update 3-3-2021
A lot has change in the last few months, and I’ve come to the decision that I want top surgery prior to bottom surgery. The deciding factors were very personal and top surgery fits my fantasy for the next year a little more. Meeting with a doctor on the 15th to schedule a surgery date!
