Single Mom with 7 yr old son

I am raising money for a single parent with a 7 yr old boy living now in NYC and facing eviction. She lived in my neighborhood for 6 months but could not make it here. So, she returned to NY. I cannot bear to think of what will happen to them if evicted. They are 2 incredible souls, looking eagerly to grow and thrive on their own. We need to provide them this opportunity, a goal that is very much within our grasp for just a few thousand dollars.

Life has been very rough on her and she's gone through horror in her young life. Most of her misery began when her dad died suddenly. From there life spiraled out of control, and years later, she is left divorced, ill, penniless, and with an insane family who never helps. She has absolutely no one in the world helping her and is genuinely trying to make it. She is a registered nurse but not yet earning enough.

She just needs a little more each month in order to be financially balanced. I am looking to secure her for the next 6 months and help stabilize the situation within that time.  

Her son has gone through horror as well, and desperately needed a fatherly figure. He was headed in the wrong direction until this year when a school principal has truly taken an interest in him. The boy has been transformed in just a few months and has already skipped a grade and made many friends.

Please help me save this incredible young woman and her son. Lets not allow them to be on the run again.
