Help Michael Rebuild

Hyun "Michael" Khang lost his automotive shop in a fire that was caused by a welding accident. He suffered second degree burns to his face and suffered severe smoke inhalation , but the family thinks he could be released from the hospital soon.

As the linked report indicates, his shop is a total loss. Michael immigrated from South Korea many years ago and his family then followed once he was established. He is a tremendously hard worker and built up a good business with his shop. The family all became U.S. Citizens and make wonderful contributions to the community through his business, and in their neighborhood. The Khangs are tremendous people, super neighbors and citizens. They are a special family, they are self-sufficient and have blessed many lives through their personal generosity.

The insurance that Mr. Khang carries will cover some of the cost but will fall far short of the amount needed to rebuild his cherished business literally "from the ashes".  We would like to give Michael a chance to start over. The report on the fire is linked below.
