My name is Jace Joseph Wilson I was born 6 weeks premature when my mom Allyssa Blakeman went into preclampsia and gestational diabeties. My mom was taken by ambulance to Meriter hospital in Madison and I was delivered 5 pounds 9 ounces. I did really well in the NICU and was sent to a regular nursery after 3 days> I went home with mom Allyssa and Dad Dustin Wison.. we live with grandma and grandpa. I did well till last monday during the major blizzard we had. I had a fever 101 and hurt to be touched. I was ambulanced through the blizzard to Madison University I have a blood infection. i wwent through 6 unsuccessful spinal taps so they were not able to rule out meningitous. Because of the blood infection and possible meningitous I have to stay at minimium 14 days in Madison we live in Beloit. Mom and Dad need help with gas money and food while coming back and forth to be with me and added medical expenses that dad's insurance will not cover. If you arre able to help with any small donation we ALL would be thankful.
updated-- Jace was finally able to to leave rockford hospital after a 2nd round of antibiotics yes a 2nd round 4 weeks in rockford sent home 2 days before he turned 2 months old. but it was short lived with in 24 hours of coming home he was rushed back to rockford hospital with 102.7 temp and admitted hooked back up to an iv and back on antibiotics till they could figure out what was going on..today we were informed he has alpha hemolytic strep and the antibiortics he had been on for the strep B is resistant to that medication. today alone he has had 4 attempts at putting a new iv in because this is the 2nd line that blew and they were all fails. He is now being transfered to madison UW again where there is a neonatal infectious disease control specialist he will have to have another pick line put in and i pray to God this one will be with some kind of anestetic as last time he was held down and one put in his head as they could not start and iv line and the locals are like poison to him..tomorrow he will under go a total body mri to determine where the infection is hiding at and pray they figure out how to cure it..this is the 4th ambulance run for him at 2400 each not all the insurance is coveriing this and mom Allyssa and dad Dustin have exhausted all their money iin bills gas and trying to eat just to stay with little guy as mom is not leaving his side till he gets home (can you imagine having your first child your healthy but your in the hospital for over 2 solid months with your child) If you can help even with a few dollars it is very much appreciated by all..prayers are also ALWAYS welcome
