"Safer" - First Date
I was bit by the performance bug at a very young age. I was singing and dancing before I could walk! Blessed with the knowledge of what to do with my life, I dove in head first. I began performing in my third grade choir and just went on from there, adding theatre and dance classes in junior high. Throughout my junior high and high school years, I was involved in over 25+ plays, musicals, and recitals (on both the performance side and tech side). Now, at twenty years old, I am seeking a BFA in Musical Theatre with a dance emphasis at Sam Houston State University.
RESUME
On January 31, 2015 I was offered 1 of 80 apprentice positions nationwide with the Broadway Theatre Project (BTP). Through this program, I will have the opportunity to work with some of the best in the performing arts community. Some performers involved with this intensive over the past decades include
Ann Reinking (an original founder and the first Artistic Director of BTP),Dudley Moore,Gregory Hines,Austin Pendleton,Donna McKechnie,Jason Samuels Smith,Treat Williams,Gwen Verdon,Joel Grey,Tommy Tune,Christopher d’Amboise,Bebe Neuwirth,Julie Andrews,Vanessa Williams,Patti Lupone, Jay Binder,Jed Bernstein,John Kander,David Loud,Elena Grinyenko,Ben Vereen,Nicholas Kosovich,Michael Orland,Peisha Mcphee,Stanley Donen,Brian Stokes Mitchell, Gene Saks and many more!

I have until April 10th for a $700 deposit and April 17th to submit the entirety of the $3050 tuition. Between college courses, rehearsals, and work, there is no way that I can pay for this on my own. I am so thankful for this opportunity and I would love the chance to work with The Broadway Theatre Project. Thank you for your time and support!
