Hi, I'm Amanda, and I'm a very passionate Dental Assistant. While this *is not* a patient at the clinic i work for - I am desperate to help this little family, to find some financial relief so that they aren't forced to choose between having a Christmas for their 2 kids, or finishing phase 1 of little Levi's dental treatment.

Since birth, Levi endured extensive surgeries starting at 1 month old to correct his cleft palate. He went through another huge palate repair at 14 months old, and another lip revision at the age of 3. In order to do the rest of the needed surgeries, Levi MUST complete extensive phase(s) of Orthodontics before he can proceed with the much needed surgery to correct his palate and repair again and do bone grafts for his gum line.

They were offered monthly payments at this Orthodontist clinic, but struggle to keep up. Scraping pennies has helped them get by with down payments on the extensive treatment needed, before finally receiving his palatal expander. He is Is FINALLY ready for brackets and wires! As a mother, most can agree that they would do anything to give their child a normal smile. His mom is a hard working, loving and dedicated person who I've known almost my entire life, and God has put it on my heart to try to help take this burden from her shoulders. I have included a picture of the payment plan, with the price of phase 1 treatment. They have exhausted everything that they have into everything needed, to get to now! I would love to raise the money needed for phase 1 of treatment, and put down the down-payment for phase 2. This would be life changing for them to take this burden from their shoulders! Every single penny will be handed to the Orthodontist for treatment.
