This page was created to help Danielle and Rob Levinson, and their two sons Logan and Domenic overcome a horrific accident.
Rob was in a motorcycle accident on August 23, 2018, which caused serious damage to his left leg. He was airlifted to Maine Medical, where he underwent several surgeries over the next 18 days. He was then discharged and entered an inpatient physical therapy facility for a week, before returning home to (eventually) continue outpatient physical therapy. They recently were informed that Rob will need another surgery in the coming weeks to reconstruct his knee and repair damaged ligaments and nerves, in the hopes that he will regain feeling in his foot again.
While Rob was in the hospital, Danielle gave birth to their second child, a healthy baby boy, Domenic, on September 7, 2018. While Danielle, Domenic and their first son Logan (22 months) are all doing well and healthy, caring for an infant and a toddler as well as Rob while he recovers has become very difficult for them. Rob's medical bills are beginning to come in, and his surgeries and procedures are not all completed yet. On top of that, without Rob being able to work and Danielle on unpaid maternity leave, they do not currently have much income to pay for the huge medical bills.
Any donation that is made will go towards paying for Rob's medical bills. We currently estimate the total amount needed to be around $20,000, but that number could change as more bills are issued. Danielle and Rob could use the funds immediately to start paying for the medical bills that have due dates fast approaching as well as living expenses and caring for their two children. All of the funds will be withdrawn by Danielle Levinson's mother, Nancy Sherburne, to facilitate bill paying while Danielle and Rob focus on healing.
