Help Adopt Rawley's Little Brother

We adopted Rawley in 2011 from Jackson, Mississippi. It was truly an amazing gift to our whole family. He is now a very happy, healthy, and fun 3.5 year old . Our oldest son Carlos is 18 years old and leaving for college this year and he adores him more than anything. Although we have discussed adopting again we haven't pursued it because it has never seemed financially feasible.
However, last week we received a phone call from Heart to Heart Adoption Agency in Utah explaining that Rawley's birth mom is expecting another BABY BOY! She wanted us to have the chance to adopt Rawley's baby brother if we can. We've considered everything and we know this is an amazing opportunity. It's not a matter of "wanting" to adopt him, it's only about being "able" to pay for it. We simply don't have much time to pull it together. This is so unexpected and happening very fast, as the BABY IS DUE APRIL 9th! We would love to keep Rawley and his new brother together.
The total costs for this adoption will be $30-40,000.

Agency: 24,000
Medical/Birth: 6,000-10,000
Hospital (Baby fee): 1,000
Home study (fingerprinting/background checks): 1,000
Travel: 1,000
Post Placement Legal: 1,000
