Hello friends, family, and a loving heart for Teresa Holcomb
As many of you know, Teresa is in hospice care for her reoccurring battle with breast cancer. She has been in and out of remission for several years. Let me tell you some wonderful things about this dear person. She was a former Long Beach Department Emergency Dispatcher and Jail Officer. She retired after 30+ years in the department. To know Teresa is to love her. She has never stopped fighting, no matter the obstacles in her life. Teresa has always been a loving and giving friend to everyone. She became Mikayla and C.J.'s loving, adoptive mother since their births. She's always been a wonderful mother with her children in the forefront of her mind.
She moved from California to Texas to raise her children near the support of her family living there. Her loving sister, Lisa, and her husband, Tyson, who have a thriving family of their own, are taking the great responsibility of adopting Teresa's two young children - Mikayla and C.J. This is a selfless act that comes at a great cost. They are in need of funds to adopt these two beautiful children. This page is dedicated to the adoption fees and starting their new lives together.
