Jorge and Eva's 2nd Chance at Life

Hi friends! I need your help! I created this fundraiser for the love of my life, my husband Jorge who recently suffered a severe mental breakdown and needs help immediately. Jorge is the most Amazing, supportive husband and friend anyone could ever have. We are high school sweethearts and have been together for 15 years.
My husband and I were both diagnosed with a mental illness, major depression and anxiety disorder but we were each other's support and shelter because we understood each other's struggles. Life has not been easy and we even pawned our wedding rings to pay for his psychiatrist and medication but had nothing left for his much needed therapy. He has also experienced traumas, his aunt passed away from ovarian cancer at the same time his mother was battling colon cancer and at the same time his father was homeless in another state. He was breaking down and sought therapy, his therapist recommended a leave of absence from his job because it was a high stress level job and was causing further strain on his emotional and mental state, until eventually he recommended he put in his resignation. After he left that good paying job we worked what we could find living paycheck to paycheck in the midst of Miami's gentrification and outrageous cost of living. Jorge's stress level got so bad he was once rushed to the hospital in an ambulance from his job with symptoms of a heart attack - it turned out to be a severe panic attack. Still he kept going, even after he crashed his motorcycle and fell on his face in the street on his way to his first day of work, he regained conciousness, got back up bloody and bruised and went to work, he sought medical attention after work. This is the kind of hard worker and devoted husband he has ALWAYS been.
About a month ago he got a new job that paid much better but they had to mail him his check instead of direct deposit. The first check was lost in the mail for almost a month. Right before Christmas, we paid the extra money for his check to arrive safely with next day delivery, but our mailman who knew us well and was aware of the issues with his check knocked on our door to tell us that whoever told him they sent him his check must have lied because he could not find it in the system. That Friday right before Christmas my husband had a severe breakdown worse than ever before.
Now my husband needs me to be HIS rock and support. He is my world and I need to do everything in my power to help him. I need to come up with $5,000 as soon as possible. The entire cost is $10,000 but I need to pay $5,000 up front to get him the help he needs immediately.
The money will be going towards his attorney's fees who will navigate us and help us get him the help he needs as well as his medical expenses. If we can raise the entire $10,000 praise God - but I am currently focused on the $5,000 to get him started immediately. I beg you, PLEASE HELP US. Even if it's $20, $10, $5 or even $1 - it is all GREATLY appreciated!!!If you don't have anything to give - PLEASE SHARE and PRAY FOR US!!! For God to guide us, strengthen us and restore us. I know one day we will stand up and tell our story and God's name will be glorified through us to bring HOPE and restoration to others. I feel it with every fiber in my being, this is part of God's plan, a test of faith. This too shall pass, I believe and declare VICTORY in Jesus name.
When I am surrounded by darkness, the Lord will be my light. I will put my trust in him and he will be my refuge. I am but a half, my other half is missing but I know one day I will be whole again. One day soon I will hold my love again. And I will never let him go.
