Hello this is Glenda, my sister Janice Johnson suddenly lost her husband last week. Sadly, my sister is one of thousands raising her grandchild because of drug addiction. Janice & her husband Joe were in the process of adopting their granddaughter Jaycee with thousands of dollars still to pay for the adoption.
Janice's life has not been easy, she is 58 years old and had to stop working when they began raising Jaycee . Joe was disabled due to having Multiple Sclerosis, now my sister finds herself too young to collect Social Security benefits and will only receive a small pension to live on. We need to help Janice pay for Jaycee to legally become Janice & Joe's daughter. Luckily the adoption process was filed in August & because of that Jaycee will receive Social Security benefits as his child BUT NOT UNTIL THE ADOPTION IS FINAL and of course that requires that all the adoption fees are paid.
Any support she receives will help pay for the adoption and living expenses. Whatever you can give would be greatly appreciated.
