LETS HELP TOM GET GET A FRESH START

My name is Jason im starting this FUNDRAISER for My friend named Tom. He is 36yrs old and homeless. Ive watched him for months clean the side of the road between I77 and carowinds. Rain or shine he is out there picking up trash. I finally stopped and asked why He does this and whats his story.
His reply was. I live out here and think i should should take care of where i live And I also hope someone will see how hard I work and offer me a job one day.
He says he spends over $100 a month buying trash bags to clean up with.
He has a work ethic is better than alot of people i know with full time jobs.
He fell on bad times years ago and this is where is is now. He is not on drugs and does not drink. He has a tent set up with solar and a generator. He said he uses the money people give him for food and trash bags. He said "If you dont do drugs you can buy materials you need to get by and eventually get back on your feet"
He use to do computer work but lost his job about 2 years ago.
He can pass a background check and drug test. He communicates well and seems to be an all around decent person.
If i had my own business I'd hire him today.
If you ever see him out there near carowinds stop by and talk to him he's a good dude. He probably won't even ask you for money or food. But he says he always needs trash bags.
Funny thing is he even cleans up the trash in the QT parking lot and in front of their business but they wont allow him in the store because hes homelss.
Through this Go fund me I hope we can raise enough money to help him get back on his feet and get a fresh start on life.
