Let’s Help The Big Tuna

As many of you know, Ben Parrish suffered a 100% tear of his right ACL during a competition a year ago. Surgery was necessary for him to be able to compete again. Ben’s full time job is teaching martial arts and that had even become difficult due to the amount of pain and instability the injury was causing.  The good news is that Ben had  successful  surgery last week.  The bad news is that the insurance policy that Ben has only covered a fraction of the surgery and NONE of the required rehab. This has left him owing over $7,500 out of his pocket. That doesn’t include the salary he will not earn due to the time off of work associated with the recovery.  Ben also has a daughter to provide for. I’m keeping this private so Ben doesn’t know that we are helping him. He’s a proud guy and would not allow us to do this.
