hi my name is Jack, I’m 21 just an ordinary young man who wants to help give back to an organisation who helped me a few years back, I used to suffer really badly with my mental health to be more specific I used to have really bad depression and anxiety where I saw no light and didn’t understand why I felt that way and this organisation gave me an ear when it felt like no one understood me, what they stand for is something so much more than a charity it’s a path to happiness again, it’s a second chance to help yourself, I’d love to help give them something back so I’m going to run 60km over the next month and I aim to raise around £60 just a small gesture for a great organisation I want to help them give children and young people a helping hand like they gave me so any donations are so welcome
