Let's Help Rebuild Akpafu Todzi's Primary Sch - Ph

This is an urgent call for donations to try and help rebuild the structure of the primary school in a village called Akpafu Todzi which is in the Hohoe municipality of Ghana.
Unfortunately for the children, the building had been deteriorating over the years and sadly the roofing sheets have completely collapsed recently after some heavy rain fall. Sadly, there has been a lack of support from the education authorities on this matter and this now means that the primary school children can barely use the classrooms.
They now have to sit outside under trees to try to learn and get a basic education.
We would therefore like to raise some funds to help rebuld the small school and also get the children some basic equipment such as a few computers, a projector and a printer.
The estimated cost for this is around USD6,010.00 or £4,264.00.
Once acheived, the locals will rebuild the structure themselves which saves money on further costs for this project.

July 2021 Update
The campaign for funds is going very well however we have identified that it is not just the Lower Primary School that needs attention but also the Kindergarten block as well. In this video our reporter Joy Atitso investigates the other issues affecting the KG block and what is required to resolve this. We have therefore raised the Go Fund me amount required to try and resolve both of the rebuilding issues.
