Let's help our floormate get his bike back!

One of our floormates, Jacob, recently had his GT Palomar bike stolen. Jacob has had this bike for over 7 years, so it holds a lot of sentimental value to him. Jacob still has the front wheel, and the case is on file with the police, but unfortunately, since he doesn't have a record of the bike's serial number, the police are legally unable to do anything.

Today, September 26th, Jacob found his bike listed on Facebook Marketplace. The thieves took the bike all the way to Colorado Springs, and are trying to get $170 for it. The listing was posted 3 days ago, September 23rd.

Since there are 108 residents on our floor, if the majority of us contributed $2 each - or, if a little more than half of us contributed $3 each - we would easily raise the $170! Any extra money collected will be used for our floor programming - buying food for floor meetings, supplies for events, or anything else that you guys would like! :)
