Let’s Help Javi Heal!

We wanted to reach out to you all regarding our employee and friend, Javi Rojas. Many of you know him, as he has been a part of the North Beach Marina family for the past 10 years. Last week, Javi’s life changed dramatically when he was diagnosed with renal (kidney) failure. The good news is that he should be okay and with the proper treatment and some recovery time, he should be able to return to work. But it will be a long road.
We have started this fund for Javi and we are asking our friends and family to consider donating in order to assist Javi and his family (his wife, Gabby, and 2 daughters, Serenity and Sophia) during this time. We would like to help ease the burden of the medical expenses and loss of income while Javi and his wife (who is taking care of him) are on medical leave. The money raised will be going to his medical costs and living costs associated with his being out of work on medical leave. Even once Javi returns to work, he will have the financial strain of the (currently) 12 prescription medications monthly, dialysis and numerous co-payments to the doctors he will have to see. All the money raised in this campaign will go to Javi as he needs it.

North Beach Marina will collect the funds on behalf of Javi and will work out a payment schedule based on his medical expenses and time off from work.
