Crystal is the daughter of Late Morris Agecoutay & Shirley Agecoutay.
November 26, 2015 changed the lives of everyone who loves & adores this beautiful woman!
At the age of 35, after a long summer of illnesses and misdiagnosis, Crystal was diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer. August 27, 2017, we received the devastating news that the cancer spread to the spine. And now... Not quite 2 years later we received another devastating blow. The cancer has spread to her brain.
We, the family of Crystal are humbly asking for assistance to help continue the fight with this ugly disease. Within the 2 year battle & many weeks spent in the hospital for chemotherapy and radiation treatments, we are now facing another hard fight.
Our beautiful Crystal will undergo an aggressive 2 week radiation treatment to battle the cancer in the brain. She will be required to stay in hospital for the duration of the treatment as well as any treatment required afterwards. We are told to expect short-term memory loss, and doctors recommend that family be near her at all times throughout the treatment and recovery.
Crystal is a mother of 3 biological children and many other children she loves and has adopted, she is a loving wife, daughter and sister. Throughout her battle she has continued to be that loving, supportive and inspirational person we know and love. She has always put others needs before her own, always sharing a kind word and a helping hand to all.
It is now our turn... Let's show Crystal the support she needs!
Let's help to keep her children, husband, mother and rest of family close to her at this delicate time. Crystal's family lives approximately an hour from the nearest hospital that can treat her. All support given will help offset travel, accommodations, & meal costs for her family while she is in hospital, as well as help with household obligations while she continues to find the courage to fight yet again.
Please, Let's help give this family peace of mind, and allow them to concentrate on what matters most... Getting Crystal well!
