The JUGO Bar! Exotically-Infused for the Juice Connoisseur

William's demand has outgrown the shared-use kitchen. He just secured his own juice bar & needs help with renovations for SUMMER 2022!

Pronounced HOO-go: Spanish for "juice", The Jugo Bar sells- freshly pressed, infused and squeezed- artisan juice, waters and over 23 varieties of handcrafted lemonades.

Traveling throughout North Africa to Marrakesh and along the coast of the Mediterranean Sea, - from Casablanca, Morocco to the South of France, then settling in wine country, Chef William Fulton cultivated an exotic palate for blending sweet and savory profiles that enhanced his success as the owner and juice maker of The Jugo Bar brand.

Free from artificial ingredients and preservatives, Jugo Bar juices are...

  • crafted daily,
  • sold fresh and
  • sell out in hours!

After leaving his corporate job and enrolling in the Providence Culinary Training Program, Chef William was determined to produce premium, fresh and exotic juices for the health-conscious and persnickety juice consumer.

Combining produce, herbs and edible flowers (much of it sourced locally from urban farms), Jugo Bar juices, waters, and toxes (short for detoxes) are unmatched in their delicious creativity and overall goodness!

Currently The Jugo Bar sells juices in a few local Winston-Salem stores including Buie’s Market, Harvest Market, Sayso Coffee and Triad Seafood Market and at a variety of farmers' markets in Winston-Salem, Charlotte and Raleigh, NC.

  • 24 Carrots

Why we're here?

To Get The Juice Bar Juicing by SUMMER 2022!

As a result of hard work, the constant perfecting of his craft, and an overwhelming measure of community love and support, Chef William was able to scale his business

The good news... is that The Jugo Bar has outgrown the shared-use commercial kitchen at the Enterprise Center located at 1922 S. Martin Luther King Dr.

Chef William serving Mayor Allen Joines during an event at the Enterprise Center. "The Enterprise Center and the Shared-Use Commercial Kitchen are proud supporters of The Jugo Juice Bar for modeling entrepreneurial growth within our small business community." -Carol Davis, Executive Dir, SG Atkins CDC.

The BETTER news... is that after spending a year searching for a space of his own to craft small batches of his famed juice, on March 8, 2022 Chef William with the support of Linville Team Partners Commercial Real Estate, secured his very own commercial kitchen located at 411 4th St in downtown Winston-Salem.

The BEST NEWS...
is the opportunity to chip in to get this "No Junk. Just Juice" juice bar beverage lab aka... commercial kitchen up and running just in time for SUMMER 2022! (Repeat after me: "Bye bye COVID... hello Jugo Juice Bar!")

Thank you to Aubrey Linville of Linville Team Partners Commercial Real Estate for supporting The Jugo Bar's vision of securing an independent commercial kitchen.

May the JUICING commence! Let's do this!

The new location is an AMAZING venue. It simply needs a little TLC.

The Jugo Bar needs to raise $18,250 to cover the costs of upfitting the juice lab and to be fully functional by SUMMER 2022!

So...we did the math. Here is the budget:

Once Chef William completes the cleaning and upfitting...

…he will complete the final layout:

Besides the fact that Winston-Salem needs the soul quenching, gut soothing, delightfully healthy and absolutely delicious taste Jugo juices offer.....(oh yeah and the thought of "WOW, who knew!), why should the community support Chef William and The Jugo Juice Bar? Here is why...

Chef William pressed it out (pun intended)…

Chef William started at the bottom and is climbing to the top and with the support of the local community, The Jugo Bar can be another shining example of our community's commitment to nurture and grow tried and proven entrepreneurial ventures.

Started from the bottom. Climbing to the top.

Before there were 43 juices there was only one, Melon Jugo.

"Never give up your dreams and never give up hope. Simply give your best and watch God give you the rest!" - Chef William Fulton, Owner & Juice Maker, The Jugo Bar * No Junk. Just Juice.
