My Name Is Ben. I am writing this on behalf of my dog Jamie and any dog that suffers with the disease dilated cardiomyopathy. this is a condition that affects the heart. This condition causes the heart to enlarge and weaken, which makes it extremely difficult to pump blood around the body.

when it gets to stage 2, that is when the clock really starts ticking and things get even more difficult.

Jamie has not be long diagnosed with stage 2 and due to this he has been given 6 months to live, which is heartbreaking for me as he is my best friend as i know most of your animals are your best friends.

I am reaching out to people to try and help me give Jamie the best last few months of his life.

Whatever people are able to send a percentage of this will be going into a fund as i hope to be able to open up a free vet clinic where people can come and bring their own pets when they are in need of anything from pet care to pet supplies.

I also hope to have this clinic run on charity donations and from help of the community as well.

I’ve owed Jamie my German shepherd for approximately 6 years, he is aged 12.
