Let's get Randy up and running

As you all know our good friend Randy Jackson suffered a medical episode on Friday September 15th and has been Hospitalized ever since. On Friday the 29th of Sept. Randy was moved to Providence Hospital to begin his intensive physiotherapy. Randy has spent the past 15 years working towards improving the lives of his clients as well as his friends. He is passionate about helping us all get through life with as much energy as he has. Proof of this lies in his dictating workout plans to me to send to his clients while he was laying in bed in the ICU unit of the Hospital. He was genuinely concerned about getting his plans sent out to those who would be expecting it. It is time to put Randy first while he gains his strength and gets back to what he loves.
