Let's Build Something Big

Donation protected
Generations of Blacks have been systematically denied sufficient means to protect their rights and compete in mainstream society. My name is Earl Burks. I am raising funds for an effort to train and put Black community members to work and allow them to witness economic empowerment through an African American lens. The initial collaborators will include Mr. Irvin Robbins, Jr. of New Orleans, LA, who spearheads the entrepreneur and construction skill training efforts in Louisana. Mr. Adrian Jackson of Fort Lauderdale, FL, will spearhead the entrepreneur and construction skill training efforts in Florida through The Book of Acts Foundation, Inc. The funds will also be the seed capital for a Regulation CF equity crowdfunding portal. Regulation CF is a section of a law signed by President Barack Obama on April 5, 2012, known as The Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act, or JOBS Act. The JOBS Act is a law intended to encourage funding of small businesses in the United States by easing many of the country's securities regulations. The funds will not only go towards emphasizing the importance of black entrepreneurship but also towards creating black-owned businesses. Thus creating the initiatives to shift public perception of black identity and uplift the community. Our Regulation CF equity crowdfunding portal will create investment vehicles that will catalyze Black America into correcting the legacy and burden of slavery. Let's Build Something Big, generational wealth, not just here in America but all over the world. Black is so beautiful.
