Let’s Bring my Mom Home

Hi, my name is Marvin Benny Saluta and i am appealing to your heart and generosity to help us with my mom’s hospital bill.
My mom is Lydia Saluta, a very good and selfless person; had a stroke last January 19 and was rushed to the hospital and confined in ICU for the next 6 days. She is still in the hospital, but out of critical care. She still can’t move her right side, barely able to talk and eat through a tube.
She is cleared to go and be taken cared of at home. Unfortunately, her bill has racked up to 293,189.93 Philippine pesos or CA$ 7,150 (CA$1=41pesos) and we have no way of settling it immediately for my mom to go home.
My mom and dad like i said are good people and to a fault, have been scammed all of their life savings and lives off my dad’s pension of 13,000 Philippine pesos or CA$317 and the money i send every month. With what had happened, my mom’s health started to deteriorate and eventually lead to her stroke. We have been struggling with all her check up and medications.
With the help of some relatives and friends, we were able to survive the daily medications and procedures in the hospital as they can’t charge it anymore to our outstanding hospital bill which we have to choose to either chip away with the balance or save the money for mom’s required daily medications and procedures, and we chose to save it instead and just figure out the balance later.
Now my mom is missing home and is cleared to go home, we are not able to raise the money immediately and her hospital bill is racking up everyday as we stay there.
As much as i want to stay and take care of my mom i have to go back to earn some money to pay off debts I accumulated from me sending money for her immediate hospitalization. I am now juggling 2 jobs and in transition to get a third. Unfortunately, my credit rating is so bad i am not eligible for any loans (believe me,i tried) and now I’m at my wits end in coming up with the money. I just don’t want my dad to be running around anymore and stressed out further at his age of 72 and also with his hypertension.
So my last ditch effort for my mom to finally go home and recuperate is asking for you; friends, family and even strangers who have enough heart to understand our situation regardless of how much you can spare. I will make it as transparent as i can by updating and posting the receipts.
