Hi, my name is Erica Berning and I am fundraising for the Martinez Family and specifically for this beautiful girl Arely Martinez. In 2020 Arely was diagnosed with cancer. She put up an amazing fight and was able to overcome the disease. Unfortunately in February of 2023, Arely was diagnosed with Leukemia. This will be a long road ahead of her and cancer is not free. I have had the privilege of working alongside Arely's mother, Lourdes Martinez, for over 4 years and as strong and determined as she is, cancer takes a toll on a family's time and money.
