<div>My friend Ruben Ramirez was born and raised in McAllen, Texas, and has been a professional trainer for most of his life.  He has helped many people accomplish their goals.  We are hoping that you may be able to help in return.  The last few months Ruben has been dealing with progressive nerve damage, leading to him requiring surgery.  Beloved by a tight-knit community, Ruben needs our support more than ever.  He is working hard in physical therapy to regain his strength, and his family and friends have been essential in his recovery.
