Let's support Ledell and his Gym!

It is not easy to ask for help, but this is the time to come through for a friend and his business.  I have known Ledell since 2001 and I know his gym Lift.life has been a big dream God put in his heart long time ago.  He is hard working, God loving, and a person of integrity.  Unfortunately he is facing financial difficulties and he needs help to keep his doors open.  

He believes in helping people transform their bodies not only through exercise and healthy eating, but also through the power of prayer and changing their mindset.  Ledell and his gym have been a light to the East Houston area and he is also involved in helping the community as much as he can through health fairs,  fund raisers for food donations, school supplies, etc.
