As most of you know, Mich has been fighting a battle with cancer since April. There have been many chemotherapy and radiation treatments, as well as a few hospital stays as she fights this fight. Unfortunately, she has a high insurance deductible ($6,000) to meet; and of course the expenses of life and living that continue regardless of personal circumstances. She has been unable to work due to the side effects of treatment and is struggling to make ends meet with only what is received each month through Disability. Asking for help is humbling and yes, a bit degrading. We have to set those emotions aside as we do all we can to help Mich until she can get back on her feet and back to work.
