Let's Help the Rolfe Family!

As many of you know, my sister Kristi Rolfe, had a major stroke on September 26th.  Kristi was taken to a local hospital emergency department for a worsening headache where she experienced a seizure shortly after arrival. She was placed in a medically-induced coma and flown to a regional medical center where she was found to have a large clot in the artery that supplies blood to the brain stem and posterior (back) brain resulting in a stroke. The origin of this clot was from the damaged wall of the Vertebral Artery in the back of her neck that broke loose and eventually became lodged in the intracranial artery referred to above.  She had an emergency, life-saving procedure performed  to remove most of the existing clot. We were blessed with God's hand working through her surgeon, and her life was spared.

After weeks in the hospital and Renown Rehab, Kristi is now home.  Although she has a lot of healing and therapy ahead of her (which she is totally shocking everyone with her progress!), there is a need for the family.

Many friends and family have texted and messaged as to how they can help....and because of that,  we are setting up this gofundme so Kristi can order ready-made meals from online delivery services and have their house cleaned on occasion.  Darin has started back to work on base and Kristi needs 24 hour care.  It will be a while before she will be able to to cook, so this will allow her some control and flexibility to pick out meals depending on their needs for the week.

In July,  the Rolfepack made a Military move to Fallon. The kindness, support and generosity of the Fallon community has been amazing!   No matter where they are stationed, everyone is drawn to, and loves the Rolfe Family! We really appreciate any and all help!  We have so much to be thankful for and this will help them out so much! Thank you!!
