Let's cure Michael's Lymphoma!

Meet Michael: Michael is a brilliant, caring, and active young college student. He is involved with church groups, college friends, and an ultimate frisbee team. He is an aspiring movie director and linguist.
Michael was diagnosed with non-hodgkins lymphoma early 2017 when he felt a lump in his neck. After researching and much prayer, Michael and the family decided that fighting this battle with holistic and natural cures was the journey that they wanted to take. Throughout the past year, his numbers were slowly improving (which is normal) and he was feeling as well as could be expected- still playing frisbee when possible and attending conventions with friends. He lightened his college class load, but is still working very hard to finish schooling. Much of their daily lives for the three living at home (mom, dad and Mike) is spent shopping and preparing food that is safe for him to eat (meaning food that will not spread or aggravate anything in his body). Cancer feeds on sugar so they all eat only the healthiest foods they can find- natural and organic- NOTHING processed or packaged (this in itself is quite costly!). Right now they are in the process of trying to get accepted into the Gerson clinic in Mexico for further treatments. The cost for just the clinic for Michael is $20,000! The clinic also requires that someone travel with him, so dad will be going with. This does not include any of the costs of the treatments and test done up to this point, or anything else that they would need for this three week journey (and my mom who will be on her own for the time that he and dad are at the clinic). There is nothing that a parent wouldn't do for their child- and that is exactly what his mom and dad have done- sparing no cost. This has been quite draining on all of the family, even the checkbook. They are not ones to ask for help- so I am asking on their behalf.
In the last few weeks, some of the tests have been not as positive as in the past. His neck is swelling to the point that it is hard for him to swallow and/or be comfortable. Last night, he got up, fell, and hit his head. They are in dire need of help. Please consider this young man that has a passion for life and wants to help others- especially overseas. He wants to go work in Japan, or do volunteer work. Please help our parents fight this evil battle with him by lightening their load!
Current prayer requests:
*That his lymphatic system would drain the toxins that are building up in his body
*The swelling to go down (by the draining) so his discomfort goes away
*that he is accepted (quickly) to the Gerson clinic
*for the exhaustion that all three of them are feeling from fighting this
