Justus is a 25-year-old American citizen and Chef from Boston, Ma.. In October of 2017, Justus was on vacation in Costa Rica on his way to an Air B'nB he was involved in a motor vehicle accident on a highway that resulted in the death of a pedestrian . Since that time, Justus, has been at the mercy of an antiquated Coast Rican criminal justice system with little to no support from Rental Car company. IN SPITE OF HAVING PURCHASED FULL INSURANCE WHEN RENTING THROUGH ALAMO. Embattled currently with bad faith on the Behalf of Alamo and a complicated series of events in the case. Justus and his family is doing their absolute best to navigate the expensive and confusing waters of a foreign criminal justice system.

As expected, this process is incredible painful and costly. After 11 months with no work papers or documentation Unknown to when a resolution will come he is nearing the end of his own capacity, the Dunton family is reaching out and asking for any assistance you may be able to offer. This is a fund to help Justus survive, compensate for legal expense and possibly come back from the losses that he has experience due to this situation.
