Let Jordan see the Aurora Borealis!

Hello all,
I first want to thank you for taking the time to view this page and read about my sister's story.
My name is Keith Kemmerle, I am putting this campaign together for my younger and only sister, Jordan Kemmerle.
Here is a little background of my sister.  Jordan was born with an extremely undevopled Optic Nerve.  The Optic Nerve, in layman terms, because I am not a doctor, is the nerve that sends the visual information from your retina to your brain.  Without the Optic Nerve, you would not be able to see.  From birth, my sister has been unable to see out of her left eye.  A couple years after her birth she went in for surgery to correct the extreme laziness of her left eye.  The doctors were very clear that this would not fix her vision but would pull the eye back to the center position.  I still remeber wearing an eye patch with my sister because she didnt want to wear it.  After surgery, my sister went on to live life like everyone else.  By meeting my sister, you would have never known she could only see out of one eye.  She never let this hinder her abilities to do what she wanted to do and never used it as a crutch or excuse.  She is now a proud parent of two beautiful little girls, my nieces!  She is currently working two jobs to support them and does everything she can to make sure they have what they want.  I know at this point you might be wondering why I am putting together this campaign when it seems she is doing ok for herself.  Here is why.
About a year ago my sister started feeling some minor pain in her right eye, the "good" one.  So, like most people she scheduled an eye exam.  The doctor gets her a new prescription, which is common as you get older.  However, after the doctors, she was still having minor pain in her right eye.  So she went back to the eye doctor.  The doctor told my sister that her "good" eye has been overcompensating because of the issues with her left eye.  He informed her that it is only a matter of time before her right eye will start to fail and cause her to be blind.  This new information, like most, devastated my sister.  Prior to Christmas of last year, my sister brought up that she would love to see the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) before she can no longer see.
After hearing this, I started to research the trip.  I had no idea of  the timeframe we had to make this happen for her.  Last week, my sister went back to the eye doctor, this time is was a specialist.  He unfortunately confirmed the previos doctors diagnosis.  That wasnt the worst news he had for her.  He also had to upgrade her prescription by 4x.  This was the news she didnt want to hear.  In less than a year her "good" has already started a steady decline.  He also informed her that there is no surgery possible to fix this condition.
We are still unsure how long this process will be before she can no longer see.  This is why I am putting this campaign together.  I am asking for your help to send my sister on a trip that will allow her to see one of the most beautiful natural phenomenons this world has to offer before it is to late.  This will be an image she will be able to see for the rest of her life.
Thank you so much for the time you took to read my sister's story.  And thank you in advance to any help you might be able to give!
