In memory of Lester Smith

Lester Smith was a devoted family man who deeply loved his wife and children. He was a man that lived his days with passion. Lester was one of the lucky ones; he was able to turn his passion into a career. Lester along with his beautiful wife, Barbara, created a business that touched the hearts of many with their music. He had great empathy for the elderly and sick and focused full-time to serve those in need. When Lester wasn’t making music, he was spending time with his family or lending a helping hand to his neighbors. Owning their own business gave Lester and Barbara certain freedoms that allowed them to be around for the little things. Taking their kids to school, dropping off a forgotten assignment or just being there for an impromptu “sick” day, they made the best of their hectic schedule. Lester made the best of every situation and treated everyone like they were the most important person at that moment. He had a gift; whether it was through his music, his charming conversation, or an action that went above and beyond what was expected, he was able to make you smile.

Lester Smith was tragically taken from us on the first of February. It was unexpected and certainly too soon. It will be tough going forward but we know that Lester lived a wonderful life that touched many lives. Although we will only hear his music in our hearts, we know that he will continue doing what he loves up above while he looks after us from beyond. We all learned to be kinder, gentler people from his actions and will continue to carry on his kindhearted legacy. We will never let you go, for you will always be in our hearts.

All proceeds are going towards easing the grief and financial burden of such an unexpected loss. Your generosity will contribute towards the Lester Smith college fund. Any amount would go a long way and be greatly appreciated.
