Less worries for Lindsay, Joe & Baby Boy!!

Hi Everyone! I am Erin, Lindsay's cousin. I have set up this fundraiser to help the family and friends of Lindsay and Joe who want to give support to them and baby, over the next few months. 
Lindsay and Joe are excited, nervous and to be honest worried. They are expecting their baby boy in the next couple of weeks.  During routine ultrasounds it was found that he has some Congenital Heart Defects(CHD). Which will require him to have immediate open heart surgery, a NICU hospitalization and possibly more surgeries to follow.  They have had their world flipped upside down and for their own sakes, they have kept things private and will continue to need privacy. They gave me permission to set this up. Hesitantly, as they are the ones to give help before asking for help. This was my way of helping them. 

Lindsey and Joe are leaving for the St. Vincent home this week. Where they will live until Lindsay is discharged. They are asked to pay a small donation to the charity for each nightly stay.  After Lindsay's discharge they will be staying at the St. Vincent Home (up to 3nights/weekly) or the local Embassy Suites (closest to the hospital). Joe is also trying to rent somewhere on a month to month basis. They will need to be close to the hospital for follow up care and appointments. 
Hopefully they will be able to come home with baby after he recovers from surgery. (10-14days). Once baby is discharged, everyone will come back home. 
During this time, they will be far from home, family and friends. With very little help. Joe and family will be driving to and from home to bring Evyn (big sister) to Indy to see mom and baby. 
Joe is an owner/operator of a Roofing & Construction Company. He will have to step away from active projects(understanding customers) and future jobs.  They will have double household bills. Crazy gas bills. Food costs on top of your daily new baby costs.
